Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Certain items such as personal care products, hygiene items, and customized products may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Certain baby or hygiene-related products after opening

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.
